Sidebar is currently in early access. These terms are intentionally short, in keeping with a product still being built alongside the firms using it — they'll get more detailed as we approach general availability.
By using Sidebar during early access, you understand the product is under active development. Features may change, and we'll do our best to communicate anything that affects how you use it.
Access to Sidebar is invite-only. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials and two-factor authentication method secure, and for anything that happens under your account as a result of not doing so.
Use Sidebar for legitimate client and firm collaboration. Don't use it to store or transmit anything unlawful, and don't attempt to circumvent the access controls that scope who can see a given matter.
You own the content you put into Sidebar. We store it to provide the product back to you and your firm; see our Privacy Policy for details on how it's handled.
Sidebar is provided as-is during early access, without warranty of any kind. We're a small, pre-launch team — reach out if something breaks and we'll fix it as fast as we can.
